Job Description - Country Manager
- Managing Qatar distribution and relation ship between ASD and distributor managment and team.
- Acheive company strategy and targets
- Turnover of more than 40MSR and team of 100 employees through our distributor and over 1000 retail outlets.
- Able to manage day to day distributor needs with ASD
- Able to close all monthly statements of accounts, logistic and HR between ASD and distributor.
- Trouble shooting of day to day operational conflicts and difficulties
Solution focused, diplomatic, self driven
- Add a positive impact on team that reflect positivley to market and clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years FMCG experience of which minimum should be 4 years within a reputable distributor.
- Graduate from reputable university.
- Managing a diversity of 50 sku or a wife range portfolio
- Experience of minimum 4 years managing a sales team of not less than 40 people ad 3 supervisors.
- Leadership and presentation skills.
- Dynamic and proactive.
- Able to read and analyze P&L
- Windows and Office experience
