Now the company is attracted and they liked what they examine in your Resume, CV and covering letter. They called you for an interview, so you have the basic qualifications for the job. The reason behind meeting you in person is for the employer to evaluate whether your personality will fit or no.

What are the Personality Qualities you need to impress Interviewers?

Impress your self first:

Wear something makes you comfortable, neat and smart. Be impressed of your look

When you walk in to the interview room, relax to the maximum, be friendly with fair smile and shake their hands. Try to set down after the interviewers. Keep an eye contact at beginning and at regular times during the interview.

Confidence:

Arrive minutes earlier, if you felt like you need to fix your look use the washroom mirror to be confident. The rest of time in waiting area, glance to see if this company is with a fine environment, if you liked it, this will encourage you to show them best of your personality  

Be Active:

Show interest and honesty. Interact with the interviewer. Be reactive; like if the interviewer makes a joke, even if it is not funny, express amusement but don’t forget that you are in a business interview, so act professional.
Along with the above and when you are about to step in to an interview take it easy knowing that the worst that could happen is; they will not hire you, so what, if it meant to be for you then it will be yours. Walk in with extreme confident, you have nothing to lose. Be yourself, if this one will not be successful we will give it another try next interview.
