Projects Manager- The primary role of the Projects Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects under the Bathrooms business unit according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team
members and negotiating with clients.

- Location: offices in RAKIA (50 minutes from Dubai)
- Travelling: 10-20% of the time within the GCC

REPORTS TO President/CEO

RESPONSABILITY

_ Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
_ Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
_ Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects and scope.
_ Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
_ Effectively apply methodology and enforces project standards.
_ Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
_ Minimize the exposure and risk on project.
_Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

KEY INTERFACES

To be fully effective in the role there is a requirement to interface with other key company departments (below) in order that projects are delivered in line with customer requirements:
_ Estimation Department
_ Technical Department
_ Production department
_ Finance Department
_ Procurement Department

QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience: 10 years direct work experience in projects management,
including all aspects of process development and execution.

- Education: civil engineering degree

- Language skills: English and Arabic

- Negotiation Skills: Experienced and skilled negotiator with the capability to train and coach others to convert potential projects to orders
