Job Description - R&D Product Manager

Mission and Main responsibilities:

1.      Manage/Lead the development of a set of Brands within the company.

2.      Innovate new products.

3.      Provide solutions to problems encountered within his own brands.

4.      Lead new projects or saving projects.

5.      Coordinate Industrial trials.

Job Dimension

1.       Create an excellent relation between R&D and Industrial team at the Plant.

2.       Have a good and close relation with Marketing, main client for R&D.

3.       Reporting directly to the R&D CBU Manager.

4.       Manage 1 subordinate: R&D engineer.

Professional Experiences and Functional Competencies needed:

1.      Strong background in dairy and/or desserts and/or juices products.

2.      Ability to manage a project from start to end without follow ups.
