Qualifications :
Post-graduate degree or MBA, 7-10 years experience in service industry

The individual should have high energy, be highly driven with a strong sense of professionalism and be ambitious

Key Role :
To plan, direct, and coordinate spa operation activities in order to maximize profit through the strategic use of human resources, maximization of bookings, high employee motivation and 100% customer satisfaction. Also to ensure that SOPs are adhered to and processes are followed with the view to high target achievement. Furthermore to Analyze & evaluate the effectiveness of the business model and develop recommendations for improvement.

Major Responsibilities:
• General Operations- Ensuring the adherence to Operations Manual and smooth running of spas both front desk and the treatment floor
• Spa Planning – Coordinating with the MD to implement Spa level objectives, processes and programs, capacity planning
• Operations & Financial Budget- Accountable for Annual Target Budget Planning and Achievement, increasing Revenue and Turnover, Ensuring locations meet their budget goals,
• Service and Retail - working with managers to track daily sales, compare ongoing promotions-
• Customer Service- Ensure staff are providing 5 star customer service to all guests- Monitoring and follow up of complaints, Management f Loyalty Programme
• Employee Performance and Standards and Issues- tracking and monitoring, Employee career development & Retention
• Information Management- Maintaining and monitoring operational reports and dashboard, Spa rosters.
• Advertising and Marketing- Implementing and management of company’s brand promotions
• Branding-Adhering to Company’s Branding guidelines and helping to develop them further

Qualification:
• Three to five years experience in managing multiple locations
• Possess great time management skills
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Be Passionate and Determined
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong PC skills (MS Office) and Spa software experience
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Strong follow up skills
